【服务投诉】东风天龙厂家 投诉意见

              投诉服务单位名称:    东风天龙厂家        投诉品牌:    东风天龙        投诉原因:    于2015年3月12日购东风天龙国4雷诺420马力牵引头，第一趟出车尿素泵报异常,车辆动力缺失,经向厂家反应，澧县服务站无资质，常德市服务站用电脑升级后出车,故障未解除,又到东莞核心站去了四次，换了尿素泵和电脑板，期间还要等配件，（高速上不知测了多少次低速），故障未解决,期间路上抛锚两次,换了马达总成及打气泵铁管，厂家又安排常德服务站维修,不是放假就等配件，修了两个月还未解决,我们货车司机贷款买个车就天天跑服务站,在家等配件的吗?东风天龙厂家不要品牌生誉了吗！强烈要求东风厂家尽快修复车辆,赔偿用户损失.   请您为自己的言论负责，如果有谩骂、嘲讽、欺诈、广告等行为，卡车之家管理员将进行删帖处理，并根据情况对违规用户进行处理。
