兄弟，扭矩小了，你肯定知道不行，因为跑着跑着车轮就甩下来了。

但是你知道扭矩大的危害吗？扭矩过大会导致轮胎螺栓螺纹变形，甚至会出现显微镜下才能发现的裂痕。这种变形和裂痕短时间行驶是不会出现问题的，但是它会造成断裂的隐患。

所以过紧或过松都是不行。为此几乎所有的正规卡车企业对于车轮螺母的扭矩都是非常慎重的，必须采用电动定值拧紧机才行。

不过这玩意实在太贵，服务站用不起，流动补胎的就更别指望了。

不过定值拧紧是可以人工实现的，一般正规的卡车服务站都会有定值扭矩扳手，可以测定轮胎螺母扭矩的大小。

所以当你去服务站进行维修保养的时候，别忘了让服务站的人用定值扭矩扳手进行复紧以及扭矩的测定。

这些本来是要求必须做的，但是有的服务站为了省事，不告诉咱们终端用户，直接用风炮给你拧紧就拉到了。

所以以后再去服务站维修，一定别忘了。
